New Interview: Red Hot Information
In the newest Interview Anthony Kiedis and
Flea talk to David Fricke:
'I was afraid," Flea, the bass guitarist of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, confesses over the roar of a tour-bus engine. "I couldn't imagine going out with someone else. It seemed done."Flea explains the way he and Frusciante wrote songs: "John would come in with an idea, bam, and I'd pick it up. Or I'd have an idea and, boom, he'd play the right thing. Done." Flea also describes their friendship variously as "pleasant", "tense", "brotherly" and "combative."It's like his band is "missing a family member", he says. The drummer admits he hoped Frusciante would change his mind, "which he's done before. OK, he's doing other things, but one day, I'm gonna get that call: 'Hey, it's John, you wanna jam?'" Smith does an affectionate impression of Frusciante's choppy, whispering voice. "Never happened."Klinghoffer says excitedly. "Flea and John had a special relationship -- I saw it for years. That Flea and Chad and Anthony could open up and let someone else in, someone new, is amazing to me."Over a steak dinner and a glass of wine at a hotel in Big Sur, Klinghoffer -- an amiable, soft-spoken guy in a tall, wiry frame -- recalls a recent phone conversation with Frusciante. The two met when Klinghoffer was in his teens, playing with their own fraternal intensity on Frusciante's solo records and other projects. "I was talking to him about playing with these guys," Klinghoffer says. "He said, 'There's something amazing about getting up in the morning and playing something amazing with your friends.'Frusciante could not be reached for comment. "I think he just wants to be free to do what he wants," Flea suggests, "without the commerce involved with being in a big band."Bob Forrest points out a significant difference between the two guitarists: "John exploded to power and money so quickly" when he joined the Chili Peppers. "He never had Josh's experience of playing with other musicians."

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 2011
The Flea gives us the good new!
I hope to see him there rock and roll hall of fame!
"It also makes me think of something I think of everyday anyways. Of
John Frusciante, the virtuoso musician and songwriter who gave so much
to our band. Without him, we would not be going to the hall of fame. He
wrote countless great things with us, played an infinite amount of
stunning things, and taught us how to be a great band. He helped lift us
to a much higher level, he is the greatest. We connected deeply for
many years, and he left our band with many gifts"
I hope to see him there rock and roll hall of fame!

Rolling Stones Strikes Back
Since every site on the Internet is posting news with some wrong or missing information about Chili Peppers' new album. This time was the the Rolling Stones with the title: The Red Hot Chili Peppers on Their First Album Without John Frusciante the fallacy is evident, that's not the first album without Frusciante, even that they have tried to explain the first album in 15 (what's it's not true actually I guess it's 13 years). Anyway the John Frusciante parts.
"I think he just wants to be free to do what he wants," says Flea.
"Without the commerce involved with being in a big band." Drummer Chad Smith recently bumped into Frusciante at a Soundgarden show. "He looked good and happy," says the drummer. Later, Frusciante sent Smith a text message: "It made me really happy to see you."

Zachary Swickey (MTV) about the second departure of John Frusciante
Mister Zachary Swickey let his impressions at the second departure of John Frusciante:
Clearly RHCP feel no bad blood toward Frusciante...
Despite his previous absence, the Chili Peppers worry how their tunes will fair without the talented Frusciante working beside them.
“It was different this time. We’d made three records with him and had a lot of success and John’s writing and creative input was such a big part of that. I thought we’d never do it without John – it would be stupid to try. But when he left, I was presented with this new reality of what it was and it made me realize we had to go on and could go on,” explained Flea.
You can read the entire article at MTV beyond that, the UDT Music also spread this.

Good luck Josh Klinghoffer
Despite this title, my intention was just desire luck for the new guitar lead Josh. Today the Chili Peppers have started the official I'm with you tour. They played at AsiaExpo-World in Hong Kong.
You can watch the video (By the way song) with Josh Klinghoffer. Being very honest, it's weird I can't deny, I'm used to see Frusciante's movements, to hear John backing vocals. However as Flea and the other have metioned, we need try to see it as a new Chili Peppers, so good luck for the gang.

Chili Peppers have quoted John Frusciante at Q Magazine Set 2011
The Q magazine will publish in September 2011, an interview with Chili Peppers, see bellow where they've quoted mr John Frusciante.
Q:Why did he leave again?Flea: You’d really have to ask him: probably a billion different little reasons. John is a very intelligent man and he’s doing what he wants to do. What more could you want for anyone?
Q:Did you have any sense that it was coming?
F: I’m open for anything to happen at any time.
Anthony Kiedis: It did not surprise me in the slightest. When the tour ended i knew that change was coming – and as the months went on, and i heard… things about John, then i knew it was a matter of time. But i never once felt like it was over for the band, just that John was going to bow out gracefully, which he completely did. It was for the good of everybody and a blessing for us all.
Q:So you never considered not continuing as the Red Hot Chili Peppers – given you’d now been through seven guitarists?
AK: Gosh. Do you know, i have not counted guitarists.. But no, speaking for myself, i did not. I think it would have been kind of quitting to do that, because i always think the best is yet to come.
F: I’d thought that if John did go that i would definitely not want to continue the band without him, But after he left, something kind of shifted in me and i found myself a really profound love fo the Chili Peppers and particually Anthony. You know, we’ve been friends since we were 15. We were inseparable. And even though are relationship has been really antagonistic… We’re very different types of people: we offend each other and we can both be a couple of self-righteous twat cunt-faces. But i really love the guy and he’s my brother.
...
Q:How was it for you, Josh- joining a band with such a shared history and having to fill someone else’s rather imposing shoes?
Josh Klinghoffer: I couldn’t begin to think that i’d ever replace [Frusciante]. So i could only resolve to and do something new with these guys.
AK: As beautiful as John’s shoes were, i don’t think that we ever expected Josh to be like him – just bring out some new shoes. Josh has incredible footwear.

Heard the new music of Red Hot Chili Peppers with lyrics
Hear debut of The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie from Red Hot. I confess where is the second voice?! The music is good, yet Chili Peppers Song. :-)
Lipstick junkie be funky all he want
She came back wearing a smile
Look-alike someone drug me
They wanted to unplug me
No one here is on trial
Its just a turn-aroundShe came back wearing a smile
Look-alike someone drug me
They wanted to unplug me
No one here is on trial
And we go
Oh
Well and we go
Oh oh oh oh
Tic-toc, I want to rock you like the 80s
Cock-blocking isn’t allowed
Tug boat Sheila is into memorabilia
Who said three is a crowd?
We better get it on the go
Hey, now
We’ve got to make it rain somehow
She told me to
And showed me what to do
Oh Maggie makes it in her cloud
I said, hey, now
We’ve got to make it rain somehow
She told me to
And showed me what to do
She knows how to make it loud
Rain dance maggie advances to the final
Who knew that she had the goods?
Little did I know her body was one delicious vinyl
To your neck of the woods
I want to lick a little bit
Hey, now
We’ve got to make it rain somehow
She told me to
And showed me what to do
Oh Maggie makes it in her cloud
You got the wrong girl
But not for long girl
Its in a song girl
Cos I’ll be…
Gone girl
Hey, now
We’ve got to make it rain somehow
She told me to
And showed me what to do
Oh Maggie makes it in her cloud
I said
Hey now
I want to rock this valley crowd
She told me to
And told me what to do
She knows how to make it loud
But not for longer
Its in a song girl
Cos I’ll be gone bye bye yeah

John Frusciante at The Top 10 Bands Who Changed Guitarists and Stayed Great
"Many interim guitarists have had brief runs with the Chili Peppers, but four in particular have made strong musical statements within the band. The group forged their pioneering funk-punk style first with six-stringer Hillel Slovak. Following Slovak’s tragic drug overdose in 1988, John Frusciante entered for a four-year run. In the wake of Frusciante’s departure in 1992, former Jane’s Addiction guitarist Dave Navarro signed on for one album, 1995’s One Hot Minute. Frusciante rejoined for 1999’s Californication. Eight years later he again departed, giving way to current Peppers guitarist Josh Klinghoffer."

Anthony Kiedis Talks New RHCP Album And About John Frusciante too
"It is always going to change the chemistry and feeling of the music when such a creative force as John Frusciante leaves," Kiedis says.
"He was something unique that shaped our sound then, but now I think it's also something fresh and exciting to have a new, incredible musical mind working with us now. We are still the Red Hot Chili Peppers, but we also have to adapt and welcome new opportunities. After all, that is how we've survived all these years."

Official from August Elizabeth Thomas (writer/producer/director of Going Inside)
It is in fact a film based on his early life revolving around the years from 89 to 97. It is unauthorized but I have had conversations with John regarding it where he stated that he is not enthusiastic about a film about his life but he will not stand in the way, his only concern and exact words were -- "I don't want it to revolve around nothing but the drugs..." Which it doesn't. The main focal point is his relationship with the guitar and his passion for music.
John also stated the he has no intention of reading the script but I have every right to do what I want with the film -- he won't stand in the way. He was very sweet about it, but I want to clarify that he provided no material.
"Oh and filming won't start until Feb. Release is a ways off. "

How are things with the Peppers?
"Things are good. Very good. We've cut a bunch of songs, so we're probably halfway through the record. I think we've tracked about 20 songs already, and there's a few more left to do. Then we'll whittle them down to make the best record. We always cut a lot of songs and see which ones rise and which ones fall - that's just how we like to work. But the new one won't be a double album like Stadium Arcadium, I can tell you that."
Do things feel any different with Josh Klinghoffer? How's he working out?
"Things are a bit different. You know, he's a different guy. But he's doing great. He's got a terrific sound, he's very musical, he's full of idea - we're enjoying working with him. Things are coming along pretty easily, so that's always a good sign. I've been playing with him for over a year now, so it's feeling very natural.
"What I'm really liking about Josh is how multi-talented he is. He plays guitar, bass, piano, drums, he sings…We've been very fortunate to have him come into our fold and help inspire us to try some new things."
Is his guitar sound radically different from John Frusciante's?
"I wouldn't say it's radically different. Josh is just Josh. He has his own thing, and that's why we love him. The sounds he comes up with are very pleasing to my ears, and I'm pretty sure they will be to everybody else once they hear him on this record."
If the Chili Peppers have dates booked for next summer, I would assume that you'd want the album out by then.
"That would be nice. We probably have three to four more weeks left for cutting basic tracks. Then we'll start doing overdubs - guitars, vocals, all the other things that go on a record. After that, there might be a couple of things to do in January. Or we could start mixing - and as you know, that can take some time. I'm just projecting and guessing, but I would say we'd like to try to deliver the album in March. We're definitely hoping to have it out by next summer. It's been a long time in coming."
On page four, Chad also says the following...
"The Peppers have festival dates booked for the summer of 2011 already , so I can't play in both bands next year."
